Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@apexxcart.store with your order number.

Returns

We offer 7-day easy returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Please inspect your parcel before accepting delivery.

How to request a return

Email support@apexxcart.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 working days.
